We are looking for a passionate and energetic **Kids' Public Speaking Trainer** to conduct **in-person classes** for children aged **5–12 years** at our studio in **Hydershakote, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad**.

### Job Details

* **Position:** Kids' Public Speaking Trainer
* **Location:** Hydershakote, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad
* **Mode:** Offline (In-person)
* **Students:** Children (5–12 years)
* **Batch Size:** 6–8 students
* **Schedule:** Weekday evenings (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and/or Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
* **Sessions:** 2–5 sessions per week
* **Pay:** ₹800–₹1,200 per session (based on experience)
* **Performance Bonus:** ₹200 per session when batch renewal reaches 70% or above

### About the Role

We are looking for a trainer who can work with **both beginners and confident English speakers**. Some children may not know any English, while others simply need confidence and stage presence. Your role is to help every child progress from their current level to becoming a confident public speaker.

### Responsibilities

* Teach beginner-level English through fun and interactive activities.
* Build children's vocabulary, sentence formation, and communication skills.
* Improve pronunciation with patience and positive reinforcement.
* Develop public speaking, storytelling, voice modulation, body language, and stage confidence.
* Use games, role-play, pictures, actions, phonics, and creative activities to make learning enjoyable.
* Gradually transition children from Telugu/Hindi to English wherever required.
* Keep every child engaged in small group sessions.
* Adapt teaching methods according to each child's learning pace.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience teaching Preschool, LKG, UKG, or Primary School students.
* Knowledge of **Jolly Phonics** or other phonics-based teaching methods.
* Background in Drama, Theatre, Public Speaking, or Toastmasters is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with young children.
* Patient, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.

### Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will conduct a **10-minute trial class**, teaching a child with no prior English knowledge. We believe teaching ability matters more than a résumé.
