Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ShikshaNest, we are committed to delivering quality educational services. This policy outlines the terms related to refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and service usage. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Admission & Batch Enrollment
Once admission is confirmed, the student is allotted a seat in a specific batch and resources are reserved accordingly. This includes tutor allocation, scheduling, and learning materials.
After the batch has started and at least one class has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Trial / Demo Classes
Trial or demo classes, if provided, are meant only for evaluation purposes. Enrollment after a demo class confirms acceptance of our teaching methodology and structure.
Refunds will not be entertained based on teaching style preferences, pace of learning, or subjective dissatisfaction after enrollment.
3. Refund Eligibility (Before Batch Start Only)
Refund requests may be considered only if submitted before the batch start date and under the following conditions:
- Service could not be initiated due to technical or administrative issues from our end.
- Tutor unavailability before batch commencement.
- Duplicate or incorrect payment.
All refund approvals are subject to internal verification and management discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Once the batch has started and any class is conducted.
- Missed classes due to personal reasons.
- Lack of attendance or discontinuation by the student.
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Digital materials, recordings, or resources once shared.
- Discounted or promotional plans.
5. Rescheduling & Missed Classes
Students are encouraged to attend classes as per the assigned schedule. Rescheduling may be allowed at the sole discretion of ShikshaNest, subject to tutor availability.
Missed classes will not be refunded. Makeup sessions, if offered, are not guaranteed and depend entirely on operational feasibility.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the batch start date. Any cancellation after batch commencement will not be eligible for a refund.
Requests must be emailed to support@shikshanest.com with valid enrollment details.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.
8. Force Majeure
ShikshaNest shall not be held liable for service disruption due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet failures, pandemics, or technical breakdowns.
9. Policy Updates
ShikshaNest reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall be considered final and binding.
