At ShikshaNest, we aim to provide quality tutoring services and ensure satisfaction. This policy outlines the eligibility, process, and terms for refunds and cancellations of orders or services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as promised.
- The tutor failed to attend without prior notice.
- The request is made within 7 days of the scheduled session or order date.
2. Timeframe for Requests
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase or scheduled session. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
The following products/services are non-refundable:
- Sessions that have already been attended in full or partially.
- Digital materials or downloadable content once accessed.
- Promotional or discounted packages.
4. Cancellation Procedures
To cancel a booked service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to support@shikshanest.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
